If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. Suro Superbrandz is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@surosuperbrandz.com with your order details and photographs.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products may be excluded from returns — this will be indicated on the product page.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Warranty
Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Where applicable, warranty claims are subject to the respective brand's policy. Suro Superbrandz will assist in facilitating warranty claims to the best of our ability. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
